The FINDHR (Fairness and Intersectional Non-Discrimination in Human Recommendation) project aims at developing anti-discrimination methods, algorithms, and training courses in the field of algorithmic hiring. One of the three main ambitions of the project is to provide new specialised and advanced skills for managing (detecting, mitigating, preventing) discrimination risks in algorithmic hiring and AI-based human recommendations. To this end, FINDHR designed a training course covering theory, case studies, and data analysis.
FINDHR designs a course on anti-discrimination for Artificial intelligence (AI) in recruitment making complex technical, legal, and ethical issues of AI-based human recommendation accessible and engaging. The best approach to the lessons is sequential: begin with theory, examine the case studies, and then try out data analysis.
