3h Masterclass
This training course is dedicated to senior product managers and developers, upper management and senior human resources staff, senior civil society representatives fighting discrimination, auditing, and regulatory institutions.
The entire course will consist of 1.5 hours of theory, 1.5 hours of group work on case studies.
Theory session
Theoretical background with a cross-disciplinary approach and an integrating viewpoint discussing legal/ethical, cultural, and technical aspects.
Case studies
A series of case studies related to discrimination AI, discussed in small groups, applying the concepts learned in the theory session part.
