3h Masterclass
The 3h Masterclass is dedicated to senior researchers, product managers and developers, industry professionals including upper management and senior human resources staff, senior civil society representatives fighting discrimination, auditing, and regulatory institutions.
The first edition of the Masterclass was hold in presence in a half-day session (9am-1pm) in Amsterdam.
The second (21 February 2025) and the third edition (27 June 2025) of the Masterclass will be held fully online in a half-day session. Have a look at the time schedule.
The Masterclass will summarise key concepts, frameworks, and standards for anti-discrimination in algorithmic hiring. The entire course will consist of 1.5 hours of theory, 1.5 hours of group work on case studies.
Theory session
Theoretical background with a cross-disciplinary approach and an integrating viewpoint discussing legal/ethical, cultural, and technical aspects.
Case studies
A series of case studies related to discrimination AI, discussed in small groups, applying the concepts learned in the theory session part.
