This training course is dedicated to researchers, developers, product managers, quality assurance engineers, HR professionals, activists, workers’ representatives, recruiters, and other professionals who are concerned with algorithmic fairness in recruitment.

The entire course will consist of 14 hours of theory, 8 hours of group work on case studies and 8 hours of data analysis.


Theory session

Theoretical background with a cross-disciplinary approach and an integrating viewpoint discussing legal/ethical, cultural, and technical aspects.
